Description

Visaandeschelde is a leading fine dining seafood restaurant in Amsterdam South, located on Scheldeplein, close to the RAI. Since opening on 30 March 1999, the restaurant has become an established name within the culinary scene.

The restaurant is known for its quality, hospitality and cuisine that combines innovation with respect for tradition. Owner Michiel Deenik continues to search for new culinary inspiration, exceptional ingredients and authentic flavours, while well loved classics remain a fixed part of the menu.

The kitchen is led by chef Caspoer Carlier, alongside Max Deenik, who represents the next generation. The fresh and chic interior, open kitchen and attentive service create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
