Bid on an exclusive Chef’s Table experience for 2 people by Vis aan de Schelde during Bite of Amsterdam.

On 20 June at 12:30, 2 people will take a seat at the Chef’s Table of Vis aan de Schelde. During Bite of Amsterdam, the restaurant will be present on site as a pop up restaurant, bringing its distinctive culinary experience to a special setting.

Vis aan de Schelde is a leading fine dining seafood restaurant from Amsterdam Zuid, located on Scheldeplein, close to the RAI. Since opening on 30 March 1999, the restaurant has developed into an established name within the culinary scene.

The restaurant is known for quality, hospitality and a kitchen in which innovation is combined with respect for tradition. Owner Michiel Deenik continues to search for new culinary inspiration, special ingredients and authentic flavours, while beloved classics remain a fixed part of the menu.

The kitchen is led by chef Caspoer Carlier, alongside Max Deenik, who represents the next generation. The fresh and chic interior, open kitchen and attentive service create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
