5. High Wine - De Hof

Beat Batten is committed to a future without childhood dementia. This charity auction brings attention to Batten's disease and contributes to increased research, awareness and support. Each lot contributes to that common goal in its own way.

High Wine at The Court

Enjoy a tasty and atmospheric High Wine together at The Court. A relaxed arrangement full of refined bites and beautiful flavors, perfect to enjoy together.

On arrival, you will be welcomed with a flute of cava, followed by a chef's amuse and two glasses of your choice of house wine. During the High Wine, a varied assortment will be served, including both cold and hot dishes and a small soup of the day in between.

The cold assortment consists of charcuterie such as spianata, serrano ham and olives, a small carpaccio of Dutch beef with Parmesan cheese, a wrap with smoked salmon and cream cheese and warm rolls with butter and herb butter.

The hot assortment is also generously assorted, including a mini croquette sandwich with truffle mayonnaise, crispy prawn’s with lime mayonnaise and chili sauce, an Asian chicken skewer with teriyaki, sesame and spring onion, complemented by a surprise from the chef.
