The car comes with factory warranty through 13-02-2027. In addition, the car is complete with PPF (Paint Protection Film).

Alpina was until recently an independent brand. The cars’s were registered as Alpina and not as BMW, and had their own production line. While the cars’re built in BMW's factories, final assembly took place at Alpina itself. Alpina models were known for their refinement and sporty performance, combining sportiness and comfort. The models were often given a ‘B’ (gasoline) or ‘D’ (diesel) prefix and were recognizable by the Alpina logo’s on the rims and engine.

In 2022 BMW acquired Alpina, meaning that from then on Alpina became part of the BMW Group. Despite the acquisition, Alpina will still operate remotely until 2025 and thus still be seen as an independent brand, with the latest Alpina creations such as this B5 GT. After 2025, BMW will continue to define Alpina's future.
