Keith Haring: (Reading, Pennsylvania, May 4, 1958 – New York, February 16, 1990) was an American artist. The art Keith Haring created is sometimes called pop art, but the terms graffiti-art and modern art are also used. His cartoon-like paintings and drawings dealt with AIDS, drugs and apartheid, among other issues.
