Broker comments
The Pearson range is considered by many to be among the finest yachts built in the USA. This model is a serious long keel blue water cruiser, constructed to a very high standard. The aft cockpit leads down to the Captain’s cabin with a navigation table and easy access to the engine room. The very open and light galley-saloon has its own practical stair access to the deck, and the guest cabin is located in the bow. The foundation is solid and strong, but the boat requires some work to restore her to her former glory.
