‘We’ve Got This’ is about staying true to your values and daring to say “no” with confidence. The work depicts female strength and resilience: remaining aware of your own worth despite life's challenges.
The collage consists of carefully selected fashion and art magazine clippings, combined with screenshots of personal WhatsApp conversations (identities kept anonymous). It also incorporates personal memorabilia from the artist, including last year's VIP access pass from Art Basel Miami. This trip was an important inspiration for the Summer Musings collection and offers a reflective commentary on society.
From up close, the work invites the viewer to discover more of the hidden story.
