Wine description
Charming Prosecco with a pleasant, soft mousse. Remarkably clean taste with fresh citrus, pear, peach and a slight hint of almonds. Full-fruited finish. For a Prosecco, this wine has exceptional concentration.

Winery
The Sorelle Bronca winery has been making wine from grapes from the best area for prosecco; Valdobbiadene, since the 1980s. They also make some quality still wines from the neighboring Colli di Conegliano area. This is another modest family business. Grandfather Martino and father Livio laid the foundation for this project by sisters (Sorelle) Antonella and Ersiliana, hence the name.

The estate is run by Antonella Bronca along with her husband Piero and her niece Elisa (winemaker). The company always chooses the path of quality and communicates in a modest way. In Italië their prosecco’s have been among the top for years and now that they are focusing more on exports as well, this is being recognized abroad. Although not certified, they work very carefully here to ensure ecological sustainability.

Winemaker Elisa makes prosecco in a very refined way. She uses no dosage of cane sugar or brown sugar, for example. Because their prosecco contains only sugars from the grape itself, they are fruitier and more elegant than those of their competitors. An added advantage is that this natural way of doing things requires very little sulfite.
